Budget & Finance Description:

The Budget & Finance Committee monitors LRR investments, assists with budget development and provides the BOT with suggestions on revising budgets, future investments and future HOA Assessments as needed.

The Budget & Finance Committee works under the guidance of and answers directly to the Board of Trustees (BoT).

Monthly Meetings:

The Budget & Finance Committee meets the 3rd Monday of each month and the meetings are always open to residents.
