Good News! 

Pool 1 (13775 Little Rocky Run Circle) OPENED on Friday, July 24, at 11:00 A.M.

– The capacity for Pool #1 is 35 residents.

– Masks are REQUIRED when entering and exiting the pool.

– No guests/guest passes are permitted.

While we are very excited to be opening Pool #1 it is important to remember that it is not business as usual!  Please click here to read all of the mandatory supplementary rules before visiting the pool.

The swimming pools throughout Little Rocky Run are for the enjoyment of LRR residents ONLY.
All residents must abide by the Little Rocky Run HOA Pool Rules AND Supplemental Rules while visiting any of the LRR HOA swimming pools.  If you find a swimming pool is in need of service please contact the HOA Office at hoa@littlerockyrunhoa.org or at 703-830-0411.

Little Rocky Run Stingrays Swim Team – The Little Rocky Run Stingrays is a summer swim program open to all LRR HOA residents. You must have a valid Resident Access Card to participate.  For more information, visit the Stingrays website.

Pool Flag System
Pools may close unexpectedly due to thunderstorms, unsanitary mishaps or periodically close early for special events like swim meets or pool parties. All LRR HOA pools fly flags at their entrance signifying the status of the pool.

Green Flag = Pool is Open

Yellow Flag = Pool is Temporarily Closed

Red Flag = Pool is Closed
