The 2019 Annual Meeting of the Little Rocky Run HOA will be held at 7 p.m. on March 14, 2019. Members will be elected to the Little Rocky Run Board of Trustees at this meeting: four (4) members will be elected to each serve 2 year term expiring May 2021.
These volunteer positions are a vital asset to the association. Participation on the board is an opportunity to invest your time in Little Rocky Run’s future and be directly involved in making the decisions that affect this community. The primary role of the board of trustees is to conduct the business of the association including setting policies and procedures, monitoring contracts and oversight of HOA administration. Trustees are expected to attend one meeting per month (typically held the first Thursday of each month at Rec Center 2), and to participate in frequent email exchanges.

Election materials, candidate information and voting instructions will be mailed to all lot owners in early February. Candidate information will also be published in the February ‘News on the Run.’
