Pools open Saturday, May 26!   Do you know where your pool pass is?!  

Homeowners Online Registration

  • Only scannable LRR pool access cards (pool passes) are valid at Little Rocky Run pools.  Do you still have your scannable pool pass and live at the same LRR address?  You’re all set and do not need to reapply.
  • If you are a new LRR homeowner, please bring a copy of your HUD 1 Settlement form to the HOA office and we will issue your pool passes.
  • Online registration is currently available for homeowners only
  • Please note that the HOA account associated with your Little Rocky Run address must be in good standing to utilize the pools.

Renter Information

  • If you are renting your home in LRR, you must annually provide a copy of your current lease (even if you have previously received a scannable pool pass).
  • If you are a new renter, please email your completed registration form to inspector@littlerockyrunhoa.org with a copy of your lease, digital photos of all applicants and proof of residency (where necessary).

Picking Up Your Passes

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email when your passes are ready for pick up at the HOA office
  • Bring ID to pick up your passes (a driver’s license or photo ID with your current Little Rocky Run address. Pool passes will not be distributed without proper ID
  • Please keep in mind that pool season is a busy time in our office and you may have to wait a bit when picking up your passes.  We appreciate your patience!
  • Passes may be picked up during regular business hours at HOA office (M-F 9 am – 5 pm).

Pickleball Demo

Resident Rayman Hamid will be at tennis court #1 (near pool #1) on Saturday, April 14th from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. for a free pickleball demonstration and coaching.  Residents age 16 and older are invited; paddles and balls will be provided.  Please bring a water bottle and wear sneakers.

Rayman, along with pickleball partner Jeff Morrison, recently won a gold medal in the Men’s Doubles 4:0 division in a pickleball tournament at the Easton Maryland YMCA!

The Fairfax County Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting on the Route 28 widening project, Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., in the cafeteria of Union Mill Elementary School, 13611 Springstone Drive, Clifton.

The Route 28 corridor has experienced increased congestion for many years. The proposed project calls for widening Route 28 in Fairfax County for a distance of approximately 2.3 miles from the bridge over Bull Run to the interchange at Route 29, including:

• Adding additional lanes on side streets to improve intersections
• Upgrading traffic signals
• Improving bicycle and pedestrian connections and crossings, including new 10-foot shared-use paths on both sides of Route 28

The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m., with an Open House, a formal presentation at 7 p.m., followed by time for questions and answers.

New HOA Assessments Effective April 1, 2018

At its February 1, 2018 meeting, the LRR Board of Trustees approved the FY2019 budget and set your new assessment amounts for FY2019 which are effective April 1, 2018.

The approved budget was printed in the February 2018 issue of News on the Run.  KPA Management will soon mail the new coupon books to each homeowner. Please contact KPA Management at (703) 532-5005 with any questions regarding assessment payment.

Annual Meeting Notice and Call for Candidates

The 2018 Annual Meeting of the Little Rocky Run Association will be held at 7 p.m. on March 8, 2018.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect members to the Little Rocky Run Board of Trustees. In 2018, four (4) members will be elected to serve two-year terms expiring May 2020. These volunteer positions are a vital asset to the association.

Consider becoming a candidate

Participation on the board is an opportunity to invest your time in the future of Little Rocky Run and be directly involved in making the decisions that affect this community. The primary role of the board is to conduct the business of the association including, setting policies and procedures, monitoring contracts, and oversight of HOA administration. Trustees are expected to attend one meeting per month, typically held the first Thursday of each month at Recreation Center #2, and to participate in frequent email exchanges.

We encourage you to carefully consider representing Little Rocky Run on the Board of Trustees. All prospective candidates must be lot owners in good standing (assessments must be paid to date with no unpaid fees/fines) and their property must be without architectural violations.

Nomination information

A Candidate Information Packet will be available in early December at the Little Rocky Run HOA office and online at www.littlerockyrunhoa.org. If you are interested in seeking a nomination for election to the board please submit a completed Candidate Information Packet to the LLR HOA office at Recreation Center #2, 6201 Sandstone Way, Clifton, Virginia 20124 no later than 5 p.m. on January 15, 2018 at 5:00 PM.


Election materials, candidate information and voting instructions will be mailed to all lot owners in mid-February. Voting will be conducted via paper ballot or paper proxy ballot.
