The Architectural Review Board (ARB) consists of seven members of the Little Rocky Run Homeowners Association.

ARB Description:

The ARB strives to ensure that LRR is maintained to high standards that will ensure a continual property value to the owners in Little Rocky Run.  This is done through community-wide inspections, addressing resident non- compliance and reviewing the ARB applications that pertain to property and structural modifications.

The ARB works under the guidance of and answers directly to the Board of Trustees (BoT). There is a full-time on-site ARB Manager that assists homeowners and residents, the ARB and the BOT in all issues relating to the rules and regulations of the Architectural Standards set forth in the governing documents of LRR.

Monthly Meetings:

Applications for ARB review are due no later than close of business the 2nd Monday prior to the monthly meetings

The ARB meets on the 3rd Monday of every month and the meetings are always open to the public.
